Yuta Segawa, born in 1988 in Shizuoka, Japan, is a London-based ceramic artist specializing in miniature pottery. Trained in Japan and China, he has developed techniques for crafting tiny vessels entirely by hand, using over 500 original glazes of his own creation. His work explores the relationship between the artist’s body and the object, testing the limits of what can be made on an incredibly small scale.
