RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but should you wish to make a return please email us at info@kestrelshop.com and we can walk you through the steps to get the order back to us safely.
✧ ONLINE PURCHASES ✧
Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt in unused condition and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking, packaging it safely, and insuring the package as we are not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.
If the order qualified for free shipping, we deduct the shipping charges from the refund. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. All special orders (which includes rings that are altered/or resized) are considered custom and are non-returnable.
Final sale items include: Plants, skincare, makeup, perfume, edibles and items purchased on sale.

Please note that our in-store return policy is different from our online return policy. With the exception of items listed above which are a final sale, items purchased in-store can be exchanged within 30 days with original receipt for store credit only.
