JEWELRY CARE
All of our jewelry is handmade, so please wear with care.

To maintain its beauty and integrity, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Avoid wearing jewelry in hot tubs or saunas, as chlorine, salts, and extreme heat can damage both the metal and stones. To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, keep it away from harsh household chemicals and minimize exposure to lotions + perfumes.

Diamonds are remarkably strong gemstones, yet they’re not impervious to damage. A sharp knock or hard surface impact can cause chips along the edges. To protect your ring, we recommend taking it off during any strenuous or hands-on activities. Because gemstone hardness varies, a little extra care goes a long way in keeping your jewelry pristine.
Our fine jewelry is made from 10k, 14k and 18k gold. These alloys combine different percentages of pure gold with other metals for stronger, super wearable jewelry. Timeless and resilient, gold is durable for everyday wear and stands the test of time by naturally keeping its shine and luster year after year. It requires a lot less maintenance than other metals, but it still needs a little TLC every once in a while. To clean, soak your jewelry in warm soapy water (using a mild dish detergent) for about two hours, then gently brush with a soft toothbrush or cloth.
Crafted with a substantial layer of 14k gold bonded to a core, gold-filled jewelry offers enduring beauty and long-lasting shine. Though made to last, it benefits from gentle care, avoid chemicals, perfumes, and moisture, and remove during swimming or exercise. Clean with a soft cloth or wash lightly with warm, soapy water. While gold-filled pieces resist tarnishing, they are not completely tarnish-proof.
In comparison, gold vermeil features a thick layer of gold over sterling silver, combining luxury and craftsmanship. To maintain its finish, avoid moisture, perfumes, and abrasives, and remove jewelry before swimming or strenuous activity. Clean gently with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth.
Brass + bronze behave similarly, developing a rich patina that enhance its warm and earthy character. To maintain a polished look, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Polish with a soft cloth or clean gently with warm, soapy water and a soft brush.
This metal alloy is made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (most commonly copper), which makes it stronger and more durable than pure silver. Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time, adding depth and character. To keep its original shine, store pieces away from moisture and chemicals, and remove during swimming or heavy wear. Clean with a soft cloth or warm, soapy water and a gentle brush.
