Dress up in these patterned Paper Coronets for feasts, parties, high days and holidays. Never again will you be satisfied with one of those feeble tissue paper hats that comes out of a cracker. Cutting required and some minimal assembly is needed, this allows the coronet to be adjusted to the size of the wearer’s head. Scissors and either glue or tape will be required and are not included.
