New York-based jeweler Emily Amey moved to NYC in her early twenties to study metalsmithing. Her designs were swiftly taken up by a variety of popular magazines and today her nature inspired jewelry is sought in stores throughout the Western Hemisphere. Drawing on inspiration from both the ordinary and extraordinary, Amey develops designs that mirror the patterns and shapes she observes in natural objects, from pyrite fossils and bone to the wild grooves found in coral, tentacles, and sea urchins. Using recycled fine metals and responsibly sourced gemstones, Amey’s process unfolds from design to full-scale production.
