Fig & Earl Grey Tea Jam

Made with the juiciest figs and cooked with earl grey tea producing a sweet – but ever so slight savory – jam due to the texture and flavor from the fig seeds. Highly recommended on toast but equally as delicious served on a bruschetta with feta cheese, rocket & olive oil.
