Meet the Maker: Susa Talan

Inspired by nature and community, Susa Talan has created a beautiful collection of cards, prints, calendars and now a brand new book - woohoo! We love selling Susa's collection at KESTREL, not to mention she is one of the warmest most lovely ladies out there + we always look forward to her dropping by with new designs. Susa is a local Western Mass artist, living right around the corner in Amherst, MA.

365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE PROJECT 
In 2013 Susa embarked on a daily drawing project called 365 Days of Gratitude. She used art + words to illustrate what she was grateful for with the intention to start a conversation about slowing down and enjoying life to its fullest. This project evolved into a wonderful calendar filled with inspiring quotes + Susa's sweet illustrations. We loved having the calendar in our store and can't wait to see what she creates in 2016!
